For Northern Kentucky University's production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Morgan was an Assistant Stage Manager. She was in charge of costume tracking. With this large numbered cast in their large costume pieces, Morgan had to make sure that the traffic flow backstage ran as smoothly as possible. Due to the large set pieces, Morgan also had to make sure there was enough space in the wings for the actors and dressers to complete the quick changes as efficiently as possible.
